March Madness

Man... March has been wild so far!

We’ve been super busy lately as we’ve recently introduced a separate arm of Wildlives Media that will focus on event activation for our existing and new partners.

 

You’re probably like.. but AJ, events? Aren’t you a digital marketing agency?

 

Well…Wildlives is a marketing agency first and foremost. It is my ethos that we will do anything, find any solutions we need to for our clients, explore every vertical necessary to do our job effectively.

 

The job is to market- to create value with consumers and an emotional connection with a brand, that sometimes (depending on the client) results in a sale.

 

Second, most people don’t know this, but events are one of my passions. My first role out of college was working as a Marketing Manager for NOS Energy Drink (back in 2009) running several activation teams across 12 states in the Midwest. All we did was throw, activate at, and participate in... you guessed it...events. I also helped build the Hot Wheels “Legends” Tour during my time with a different agency.

 

I still have the 150+ renditions of the pitch deck to prove it.

I’ve been working with Formula DRIFT and auto events for over a decade, and in that time, I’ve seen the aftermarket automotive and racing communities in general, be completely underserved when it came to a cost-effective, professional-looking setup.

 

The nice thing about being a marketing agency is that not only do we know what kind of setup will be successful, but we know exactly what KPIs to set, and further, what to do with all that valuable data we’re extracting.

 

So, we’re excited to announce that starting at the Freedom 500, Wildlives Media will be activating 14 events for TYPE S Auto (Cleetus McFarland, Formula DRIFT, TYPE S Night Lights) in 2023. The setup, complete with a racing simulator, Point of Sale, data collection mechanism, and 10x20 aluminum truss system, will be one of the best-looking and functioning booths at the events.

 

My goal is to invest and build the case studies in 2023 so that the decision to use Wildlives as an activation partner in 2024 is made much easier.
